Thank you for your answer Nigel.
I also noticed that I posted this question to wrong Forum. There are many DVD players that convert NTSC signal to PAL TV, not only transmit it. But my old TV does not understand anything 'bout NTSC and Sony players do not have this "NTSC playback on PAL TV"(most European versions from Panasonic, Pioneer and Toshiba have this feature) feature.
Anyway now I have a good reason to update my TV.
