Greg,

A DTS DVD will usually have a Dolby Digital suround sound track, 2 channel only. That is what they did on the DTS 3 demo disc.

Don

: I have a receiver with DTS Decoder but do not have a player with DTS capability, but plan on buying one soon.

: I have been told that DTS DVD's do have a Dolby Digital 2.0 track for standard surround...

: If I by a DTS DVD now and play it on my Dolby Digital player, will it play with at least some sort of audio... or will it just not play at all?

: I want to start buying DTS DVD's so that I can watch them in regular suround for now. And have DTS experience when I'm ready to upgrade to a DTS capable player?

: Nigel, I know you can help me out here.

: Thanx in advance,
: Greg Summers
