Toshiba 5 Free DVDs

I bought a Toshiba 2108 in the middle of November and immediately sent off that offer for the 5 free DVDs. I haven't heard anything since and it is now the middle of January. Has anybody else received their free DVDs from this offer? Is there any way to verify that they received my order form or track the shipment?
