I have been on to Anchor Bay about this. They were not even aware of an SE of this movie. They said that they have sole DVD rights in the US and the only DVD they are releasing of it is the one available since last week, a non-SE version.

The SE appears to be an Elite Entertainment release so I guess they also think they have DVD rights to it as well. Anchor Bay are looking into it for me. I'll let you know.
