How are DVD on other region 1 and 2?

I'm in Australia which is region 4, and up until recently there have been almost zilche titles avaible here. There is now a nice range, but still a very very far cry from what is available in the states.

My Panasonic A330 has a mod that automatically swtiches betwee any region, so I have all my DVDs imported from the US. I only have two region 4 titles, all the rest are region 1. I will continue doing this until region 4 really takes off.

By the way, titles that have come out in region 4 have not had as many extras as my equivalent region 1 and are also not as well done. Quite a pity since they would otherwise be far more superior with their PAL video format.
