Anchor Bay are in Troy, MI on 248-362-9660. AFAIK they do not have a web site but you could try a search for it, same goes for Elite.

In fact I have got partly to the bottom of the Evil Dead question - both Anchor Bay and Elite have DVD rights to the movie, Anchor Bay just chosing to release a non-SE version, but at least it's available now...
