I corrected the audio problem described below by connecting the rca audio jacks directly into my sony 1015 receiver, they were plugged into my 25xbr and then to my receiver.

: just got the 414 and like the dvd playback, but have had a problem with 1 audio cd, (celine dion), 2nd track has a very bad crackling sound. I replaced the cd with same result and it plays fine on my computer. Other audio cd's were ok.
