Can Panasonic LX-900 laserdisc play DD/DTS discs?

: Thus, based on my reading of the manual, the "RF DC Output Connector" is some cheesy way to hook up the audio directly to the TV. It is apparently not an AC-3 type connection.

It could also be an RF video connection, similar to the connections found on the back of VCRs for hooking them up to TVs. If that is the case, the audio would be mono. What type of connection is it, a RCA or a 75ohm antenna-type?

Either way, Ken is correct. No Dolby Digital I'm afraid.
