Need Help....

I bought a Toshiba DVD player model SD-3000 from Hong Kong. The dealer told me that its a all code supporting model.

I've the following doubts/problem.

1. All code means irrespective of the color like NTSC, PAL etc...

2. Can the disks which are working fine can be viewed in the PAL color system TV by connecting the player.

3. I bought 4 DVD disks from Norway coded 2. Of that 2 contains like code 2 and other 2 contains the information like code 2 and bottom to that mentioned like 'PAL'. None of them are playing in player. For the first 2 its displaying like Disk unauthorised, refer Owner's manual. For the rest 2 which contains PAL, its displaying like not NTSC. Is there any setting required?
I somehow learnt basic settings from my manual. I'm not able to understand it fully coz its in Japanese language.

4. Is any one have the english manual for this model kindly send me a copy.
I dont mind bearing the expenses incurred.
