: I have a Pioneer Laserdisc player with an RF Ac-3 output. I recently purchased a Pioneer dolby digital, DTS receiver but it does not have a RF input. The manual says I need a RF demodulator. What is this and where, what, and how much does a unit like this cost?

I am in the same position. Did you get the Pioneer 608 receiver?
The Demodulator runs between $100-150. You can get a Pioneer RFD-1 at crutchfield for $149. Try an Audio King Store, they should carry a Yamaha ADP-1 for $99.
I haven't bought one yet, but I need to get one soon.

Good Luck,
Darren
