HT equip. next to RPTV

I own a Yamaha DSP-A1 and am wondering how close I could put it to my RPTV (Tosbiba). To my understanding the receiver can be right next to the RPTV since no magnetic interference is being given off. Also, I own Definitive Tech. BP30s. How close can I place those to my RPTV? Since the drivers are at the top, and the RPTV's electronics on the bottom couldn't I put them 4-8 inches from my TV? Thanks a lot!
