I have a Voyager and it is incredible (also incredibly big and heavy with all of its internal power supplies). No, it will NOT play DVD from all regions, as NO DVD player is supposed to be able to do that (except the early Sony DVP-S7000's with their famous switch - I got one of those too). You would have to ask Theta if the Voyager has such a "test" switch inside. Yes, the Voyager DOES output 96K without down-converting. Jim
