Marantz dvd 930 codefree

Using Mozilla/4.04 [da] (Win95; I ;Nav):

Hello out there!
I recently purchased the Marantz DVD 930 (region 1) and I already love the player (although I haven't had a chance to hear the AC-3 decoder). However as I live in Denmark I would like to be able to play region 2 movies, which are the only ones a can rent i Denmark.
Does anyone know if it is possible to make this player codefree?
It is based on the Toshiba 3108 mainboard and I've been told it is virtually identically to the Phillips 860. Will a codefree modification kit for either of these players work on the Marantz?
Any help or comments is highly appreciated
