Front vs. Rear projection TV

You can splash megabucks on the best surround sound system that money can buy, but if all you have is a 34" direct view TV, sooner or later you will get the sinking feeling that you're nowhere near the true cinema experience. Not even close. Even the largest Rear Projection Television Sets (RPTV's) aren't quite enough -- they get you tantalisingly closer to the real thing, but what you really need and what every nerve in your body cries out for is a REALLY BIG PICTURE! You need to see the sweat oozing out from every pore of Sylvester Stallone's craggy face as he hurtles through Cliffhanger, and you lust after a larger-than-life picture which will envelope you completely. Because that's what the dream of home theatre is all about. Just think about it -- walk into a room where a movie is being projected onto a large screen and it immediately grabs your attention like no TV ever can. Even commercials take on the air of a cinematic event. So what do you do?
