Toshiba 2109 vs. 3108

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (Win95; I):

I plan to purchase a DVD player and have pretty much narrowed the field to these models.

The player will connect to a Lexicon DC-1 via optical link so I don't need an AC3/DTS decoder.

I also don't need componant video as the DC-1 is S-Video.

What do I lose if I choose the 2109 vs 3108?
