75-ohm Cable/splitter

Using Mozilla/4.08 [en] (Win95; I ;Nav):

Can someone recommend an amplifier/splitter that I should use. I have 1 line coming in with 4 lines going out one of the 4 being split again for FM to my receiver. I've tried a few cheaper ones such as Radio shack 18.99.
