Since you don't have a widescreen tv, your primary concern should be how a player downconverts an anamorphic dvd. If you can't get no satisfaction from one of the three players you listed, try one of the new ones from Pioneer. They do a good job of downconverting, and have pretty good audio too (though mostly you'll be running digital directly ito your receiver).
