concave picture

Using Mozilla/4.08 (Macintosh; U; PPC, Nav):

i've had my pioneer pro-100 for about 4 months now and i've noticed the screen now has a noticeable concave bend to it (sort of like a movie screen). is this something i can fix on my own (with video essentials) or is this a service problem? the set has already been isf calibrated. thanks for your responses.
