Somewhere in these several threads is the implication that by merely acquiring an H/DTV ready set, you will display DVD progressively scanned. That is only if the player is capable of that, and to date, nothing shipped in the US will, due to the copyright situation. Toshiba claims to have a successor to the set they never shipped last Fall, but it has yet to hit our store.
