Zenith A32B43W 32" TV at $799 - Worth it?

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98):

I've been looking for a 32" tv and found a Zenith A32B43W for $799. The reason this set stood out to me was a combination of factors (two tuner PIP, commercial surf to PIP, and plenty of a/v inputs). The picture quality was very good, but it didn't match the quality of the Hitachi's or Panasonic's I saw. The Zenith also only has an analog comb filter.

I'm wondering if it would be worth it to pay a little more and get a Panasonic Flat Screen (the best picture I've seen). My TV viewing mainly consists of watching cable TV and standard VHS videos. So Will I see any difference between the Zentith and Panasonic when I get one home and hook it up to cable. I also know that Zenith has an Inteq line of higher end TV's, but haven't been able to find any store that sells them.

I'm also a little concerned about Zenith quality as I've heard that their picture can turn bad after only a short time.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
