Simon - I work for Sharp in the U.S.

The XV-310p is not a model that was sold in the U.S., so I am not too familiar with it. I believe it was a "tri-standard" European version of the U.S. model XV-P10. It was a very good, basic, low-cost LCD projector for portable/home use. It was a reliable piece, and for $550, as long as it is in good working order (and the lamp is fairly new), is a fair price.

If I find out anything further on this model, I will be glad to let you know.
