Zenith A32B43W 32" TV at $799 - Worth it?

I'm not sure on this model. But I have recently purchased a Zenith Inteq IQA36M46W 36", and have been quite impressed with the picture, especially off normal cable. But this model does have a 3D digial comb filter, and if I understand correctly, this is the best for normal (cable) TV watching. I only paid $1,199 at Circuit City for this set vs. a list of $1,999, I think it was a great deal. They do make a 32 inch model with the exact features.
