TURNING OFF SVM

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 95; CNETHomeBuild03171999):

How can i turn off Scanning Velocity Modulation on my Sony Wega 32XBR200 ?
Does anybody knows how to get to service menu to do this ?
