Advice on DVD Player

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; MSN 2.5; Windows 95):

I have a Technics AX720 & AC3 DTS Decoder. Can anyone please recommend a good DVD player for my setup. Would prefer a DVD player that also plays VideoCDs.
Since I have a Decoder I do not need to buy a DVD player that has a Dolby Digital Decoder.

Also sites for buying a DVD player would be helpful
