FINAL WORD ON DV-414 LipSync Problem!

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98):

I have been reading the posts and found that people have had lip sync problems with the Pioneer-414. Any experts out there have the final word? I also heard that this only happens if you use an optical link. And if you use digital coax, there arent any lip sync problems. please clarify because i am looking forward on getting one.
by the way anyone out there know where i can get the 414 for $299 online? i heard its possible. thanks folks.
