trouble on cld-1730k pioneer

Using Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; MSIE 3.0B; Win32):
I am in trouble on cld-1730k.
Anytime I put a disc, the motor won't run even the laser pickup moves.
Some said it's only motor problem but some said it's optical problem.Could anybody help me please ??
