Dish Network -- Audio Sync. Problems

Using Mozilla/4.51 [en] (Win95; I):

Wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem (which I've seen on 3 different systems using different Dish Network receivers):

The audio track on all of the channels clearly is not in sync. with the video. It makes every scene involving dialogue look like a poorly-done overdub.

I sent this query to Dish Network's tech support e-mail, but they would not respond.
