Buying a Toshiba 32 or something better?

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98):

I have seen the non-cinema series 32 inch Toshiba for sale for $888 Canadian. The big difference from the 32 inch cinema series, as far as I've been able to determine, is that it doesn't have the velocity scan on it. Shall I opt for the Toshiba, or is there a better deal to be found?
