Tube problem in RPTV

Using Mozilla/4.05 [en] (WinNT; U):

My Toshiba RPTV (TP50F61) shows a 20" yellow line on the right/middle of the screen. Annoying, but really not that noticeable. The TV was repaired this morning (the picture was shaking). The repair person said the problem of the yellow line was the blue tube that they can replace for a little less than $200.

Will this get worse over time? Thoughts?
