DLP Dreamvision projector model DL500, comments ?

Using Mozilla/3.01 [fr] (Win95; I):
I'm ending the construction of my home theater in the basement (approx. 12'x18' for a 100" diag. screen).
I already posted different information requests on SMR and it was always interesting.
I am now looking to buy my front projector but never seen any comment on DLP technology.
I am interested in a DLP from Texas Instruments and sold by Dreamvision with the model DL500.
The official price is 9500 $CDN(6300 US$).
Advices, comments and suggestions are welcome since I intend to buy a projector in 1-2 weeks.
