Based on your experience with Sony RPTV build quality (especially the 53XBR), do you think this is an 'exceptional' case of bad build, or does this set have design or QC problems? This set gets good reviews from the HT press but Barry's experience has me spooked. Any real world input would be appreciated. (Maybe I'll spend my $$$ on a DSP-A1 and some speakers and wait on the RPTV.)
