I'm returning the Hitachi and I would buy the Toshiba if I could find it locally. I know the picture looks good
but after I get my Sony KP61V75 calibrated I know it will look at least as good if not better. Stay with Sony
or Toshiba. The color decoders are more accurate. I had to turn the color way down to get the flesh tones to look more natural. The Sony also has 2 s-video inputs that are completely seperate from the component input. The hitachi shares so you can only have 1 s-video and 1 component, or 2 s-video. Hope this helps. Oh and by the way Sony and Toshiba or both cheaper than Hitachi too. Todd Weaver
