Espirit Video Projector

I recently inherited an Espirit 3-CRT video projector (it also says ESP on the front). It was manufactured in Florida in 1987. I have a plugin remote with it that allows me to adjust brightness, color, etc. There is a panel on top of the projector that has all kinds of convergence adjustments. I've found one pot in back that seems to cover keystone. I can't, however, find anyplace to reverse horizontal and vertical polarity, to control width relative to height, and to adjust grayscale. I've looked inside for obvious jumpers and/or controls to no avail. Does anybody have suggestions about where these controls might be?
