Selecting Channels

Hi,
I have a Pioneer Pro-77 television. I do not know how to recieve channels 66 through 93 which "are not assigned". Thay are not available in the preset channels and when I input them manual with the remote it won't respond. Any assitance in clearing up this problem would be very much appreaciated.
