This sounds like a "pincushion" problem.In the Sony this is a service menu adjustment and should be performed by a qualified tech.Barring a malfunction in the set, service menu adjustment should correct the screen geometry to near perfect.A high end set like your Sony should have no screen geometry problems.Have service done while set is still in warranty.
