Creative PC-DVD 5x interference from cable

When I play a dvd to the monitor it's fine. When I plug it into the tv I get a horrible banding which overlays the image (well maybe not horrible-but not pleasant). I can only get rid of this interference if I unplug the cable coming into the other tuners of the tv (video1 and video3). This interference even bleeds through a high isolation AB switch that I bought today from Radio Shack. Any ideas??
