Toshiba TP61H95

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 95; DigExt):

I thinking about the Toshiba TP61H95. It has progressive scan which, Toshiba says, makes it DTV compatible. How does this work with a 4:3 TV? Also, any comments about picture quality with this set?
