You cannot add a third box to the dish. You can, of course, get TWO dishes and have four boxes (gets kind of expensive, but if its important...) With one dish, the best you can do is have two different programs going between 3 TVs. Converting to analog won't work, because the switching is done in digital at the box level, not downstream.

The method described by the poster below works; I've multiplexed my two DSS receivers with my cable system and DVD, with a channel assigned to each, using similar equipment and a full "home-run" coax cable system in my home. What that allows me to do is surf the cable via channel up/down, and to have every TV in my home be able to watch one of two DSS channels and one DVD channel.

One thing to be wary of is that you need to be able to change the channels on the DSS boxes, and you will have to select between IR and RF remotes on the boxes. As a result, even if you get multiple DSS channels, you might not be able to change your selections from every location in your home.

Good luck. Despite this limitation, I'm still a big DSS fan. By this fall, HBO and Showtime will be broadcasting HDTV via satellite, long before my cable provider will do so.
