Moire Effect or Feeback?

Using Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; MSIE 3.02; Windows 95):

Is it possible that the moire effect results in wavey lines in 3 or 4 "columns" including the edges of the tv picture and extend from the top to the bottom? I have a Toshiba CN32 I purchased in late 1997 and have this effect on an intermittant basis. I seem to notice it more when my RCA ('97) Dual LNB DSS receiver is on. I'm not sure if its moire or feedback from the DSS receiver. Any thoughts on how I can trouble shoot and eliminate would be appreciated.
