Moire Effect or Feeback?

Using Mozilla/4.61 [en] (Win95; U):

Looks to be like EM INTERFERENCE from your Toshiba. I suggest you MOVE THE TOSHIBA away from the TV and see if the "moire" "fades", or even disappears. If it does, you'll have to:

1) RELOCATE the Toshiba in relation to the TV.
2) Get some "mu-Metal", or similar "shielding" material, and put it between the Toshiba and the TV.

That's all that immediately comes to my mind. I hope the other Gurus add their "two bytes". :)
