Toshiba TP43H95 theater mode

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows NT):

The theatre mode on this set turns the velocity scan modulation off, (a good thing) but the settings are all at 50%, tint, contrast, the works. If you make a change in theater mode it switches it to the memory mode, and velocity scan modulation is back on. (a bad thing). Is there any way to save new theater settings or am I stuck with Toshibas lazy 50% settings that do not look good? Also does any one have an opinion about this model let me know......Bill
