BTW, a quick glance at the Sharp site seems to indicate that it does not accept a progressive scan analog component input, which would mean that it could not accept a progressive scan DVD player output, when the become available. Maybe I missed it, but it does not seem to indicate that in the specs. I consider any HD RPTV at this point which does not support this capability as off the A list really.

I'm assuming that you were talking about the 64LHP model that is currently there on their site, or are you talkinga about a newer one than that which is not out yet?
