Sony W400Q vs. Sharp 37U

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98):

I would like to know an opinion of someone who had owned or had experienced the Sharp 37U and switched to the Sony W400Q. How diferent is the image quality? Is it worth the change?
