There is one model comes very close to your specs. It's the Panasonic CT-32XF55 (soon to be replaced by XF56, which is essentially the same thing except for a better subwoofer). It's 32'', DTV compatible (it has an internal line doubler, which can take 480p signal or process 480i signal into 480p output), component inputs (I assume you meant to say inputs), 20'' front-to-back, listed at $1699, but seen advertised for $1260. Good Guys in California are selling floor models at $1299. To me the picture looks better than the WegaXBR, and I am surprised there is virtually no discussion about this TV on the forum.
