Help! Toshiba "Color Streaming?"

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 95):

What is Color Streaming found on Toshiba sets? I'm considering buying the Toshiba TP50H15 from the Sams Club, buy now I hear that it doesn't have the Color Streaming that the TP50H50, or the 60 has. Do I need it, or is it just another marketing gimmick? If there is a TV on the market that is comparable with the Toshiba 50 inch, I'm open to suggestions.
