New Toshiba RPTV

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 95; DigExt):
Does anyone know anthing about the new Toshiba RPTV's ? Models are coded as
TZ43V61, TV43V71. There larger sizes also. Is there an improvement in picture quality from the prior models? If so, why is this?
I saw a TZ50V51 playing with DVD as input and I was impressed with the picture quality. I don't know if this is because the setup had a dedicated DVD player (also Toshiba).
