There is a computer drive with special video decoder card available. Don't remember right off hand who makes it though. This is, as far as I know, the ONLY way to get progressive scan DVD output today. I think it was reviewed in one of the trade mags a few months ago. Don't remember if it was HT or Audio Video Interiors.
