Ken, Thanks, I moved my player and i pointed a fan right at it to cool it and it has stopped. Also got a surge protector like you suggested. There is alot of line noise here. I am a guitar player and my tube amp always made all kinds of funny noise till I got a good surge protector on it. Don't know why I didn' make the correlation to my A/V gear too.
