I'm not saying that there are no differences, just that it is less of a difference between S-video and component than between composite and S-video. I own the TW65H80 and have done my own comparisons between the two. Given the option, I would definitely stick with component. But I am quite happy with the picture that I get through the S-video input, which I use for everything other than from my DVD player.
