Sharp projector XV-S55U

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT; DigExt):

I am considering buy a sharp LCD XV-S55U demo unit for a good price (about a $1,000 less) from an authorized dealer. It has been in use in the store for about a year. Are there any major things about it that I should be concern about because it is a demo? I will still have the 1yr manufacture warranty.
